Simulated Account Disclosure
A plain-language explanation of what simulated accounts and balances mean.
Issued by: The Black Vault Funding, Inc.
Version: 2026.09.12-company-adopted-v4 Effective / last updated: September 12, 2026
What the account is
All current Black Vault evaluation and Simulated Funded Accounts are simulated. Any future live trading program will be a separate program governed by separate eligibility, onboarding, agreements, disclosures, and the account documents and requirements of the outside broker and other providers established for that program. Participation in or purchase of a current program does not create a live brokerage account or guarantee future live-program access. An evaluation fee purchases time-limited digital access to a rules-based educational evaluation service. It is not a deposit, investment, brokerage fund, or contribution of trading capital. Simulated balances and profits are not customer-owned cash and cannot be withdrawn. A “Vault Payout” means a company-funded contractual program payment determined only under the published rules; it is not a withdrawal or redemption of simulated funds.
An evaluation account and a simulated funded account are bookkeeping and performance-measurement environments. Their displayed balance, buying power, orders, fills, profit, and loss are simulated values used to apply program rules.
What the account is not
- It is not a customer brokerage account.
- It does not hold your deposit or investment principal.
- You do not own the displayed balance or simulated profit.
- It does not give you a right to withdraw simulated funds.
- It is not a promise that Black Vault will open or assign a live account.
Vault Payouts
Black Vault may pay an eligible participant a company-funded Vault Payout under the Vault Payout Policy. A Vault Payout is a contractual company program payment determined under the applicable published rules—not a withdrawal from, redemption of, or ownership claim to the simulated account balance.
Records
Provider records, Black Vault lifecycle records, and the rules accepted for the account determine status. Dashboards may update quickly but can briefly lag. Contact support if an account status appears inconsistent with provider activity.
